Insulated skillion carport with lighting for a boat. Good experience to start with. Very flexible. Reasonable quote, able to do everything I asked for. Much better than other experiences with Australian Outdoor living and Stratco. Salesman Franc Borovac was easy to work with. Admin staff friendly and helpful. Council approval included. Reasonable timeframe and quality seems good. A couple of pain points which resulted in 4 stars instead of 5. 1) Drawings were delayed as I went back and forth for a couple of weeks with corrections as the drafter was either rushed or didnt read the quote/scope. (Items like downpipes included that werent needed and conflicting measurements that weren't clear). 2) Installation delayed multiple times, due to delays on prior jobs, installer injuries, and heat (Injuries and heat cant be helped obviously), but also labourers not showing up. But delays a bit of a pain point for my situation as I had booked time off and had dogs being looked after. 3) Wrong contact details put on form so installer wasnt informing me of when he was coming going. Also didnt bother knocking on door/communicating with people at home when on site? Aside from the delays I'm happy with the product and I look forward to it being finished and using the new carport.

Overall, we are happy with the result and the how it looks. There were a few issues that we had rectified during the build and a few of the finishes could have been done better but the communication with the site manager throughout the process was excellent. Looking forward to using this space for the years to come.

Highly Recommend, Very happy with our newly installed carport. They are a very professional company, The consultant helped us with our design and gave us all the information required. They are very competitive with their pricing and they also helped us with council approval which made it such a simple process for us. The construction was also a smooth process and we were kept informed from start to finish with what was happening. We Would definitely use SA Quality Home Improvements again. Thank you for our great carport we love it!

Working within a specific deadline, we had the best experience with the whole team. From the initial consultation to the final aspect of the installation of the new roof, we knew we were in capable hands. It was great to be working with another local business with their own installation team.
