After obtaining 4 other comparable quotes, we are eternally grateful to have chosen Roof and Render SA for our entire roof replacement. Their products were far superior than other similar priced quotes. Right from the beginning with our first meeting and Quote from Aiden, we appreciated the direct, clear and transparent communication. Rather than do the job just to look good, they voiced concerns as issues arose, taking time to explain options and outcomes. The team removed our entire tiled roof and replaced it with colourbond in a week. They worked their guts out to get the job done and were a great friendly, polite bunch, arriving on time daily. Luke was a brilliant project manager, a perfectionist and extremely considerate, wanting the very best outcome for us. Ben, the director, personally came to our home on a few occasions to troubleshoot difficult aspects of our re-roofing, educating us on aspects of the problem we'd not considered. We were offered considerate options with issues that arose due to the state of absolute disrepair of our supporting roof beams. Ours was not an easy job, but worth every dollar for the quality, outcome, integrity and professional guidance of this established team. Thank you to all at Roof and Render SA - a brilliant outcome and reccommend 100% to anyone requiring a new roof!

Roof and Render An outstanding SA owned family business offering top quality colourbond roof replacements at fair/competitive prices. The next best quote was $8k more. Unfortunately I needed to have a new roof, as the clay tiles were disintegrating. Thank you Roof and Render for a positive experience, for the team cooperation, unparalleled workmanship, and communication from start to finish. The guys always displayed a fabulous team spirit. They had a natural respect for each other, zero crude talk, and had a happy vibe. They were grateful to use the toilet/bathroom and always left it respectfully clean! A small, yet important thing. Grateful thanks to your Director Ben for choosing an awesome Team: Mann Ben, Jon, Shaun, Tristan and Laughlin. I’ll always remember you. You all deserve more than 5 stars each! Roof and Render hang onto Shaun, as he has a fabulous attitude and appears particularly well skilled. Shaun always seemed to be guiding the Team, yet they were all an amazing, cooperative crew. Last, yet not least it was an absolute pleasure meeting with a quality person like Aiden who completed the quote. Also thank you to Carol and your office team, as their ongoing communication was excellent. It was a wise decision/value add to act on your recommendation to insulate directly under the colourbond. It’s chilly here now and my double brick home gets freezing cold. Since having the new colourbond roof with your quality insulation, I turn on the ducted heating for 2 hours instead of several hours at a time. In the mornings I rarely need to turn on the heating, as the house is more comfortable. I already know I will be making huge savings on electricity bills. I was unaware of Roof and Render until I started reviewing roofing companies. I highly recommend Roof and Render as a company of exceptional excellence in all ways. Come on SA, they deserve your back!

The guys and girls from roof and render were a pleasure to deal with, from the initial consultation with Aiden to the replacement with Marcus and his team, it was hassle free and very professional, even sourcing a solar installer Paulo form SA Solar to help with the removal and replacement of our system. They were clean, even through a 40+ degree week they did what they could and kept the job moving. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have their old tile roof replaced with quality colourbond.

Old tiled roof was leaky and needed updating. Investigated retiling and Colourbond, chose Colourbond and decided to recover the rear veranda. Very happy with the process and the outcome. Thanks.

From our first contact, Roof and Render were so easy to deal with and helpful. Our old terracotta roof was leaking and we were feeling very stressed and worried. I had two other companies visit to quote, one of which never sent the quote and the other took 8 weeks and sent a massively inflated quote. In contrast, Aidan was lovely and talked us through everything. He sent the quote as promised and we were very pleased with the price. The roofing team and project manager were great and kept me updated on the progress. Also a shout out to the wonderful administrative team too. We are so happy with the final result and would have no hesitation to recommend Roof and Render to others. Thanks team!
