As a Property Manager I have used Reliable Roofing on many occasions across multiple properties, and they consistently live up to their name! They are genuinely reliable, always turning up when they say they will and completing works within the expected timeframes. Communication is always clear and prompt, and makes coordinating jobs seamless. Their reporting is detailed and thorough, giving outcomes. Quotes are transparent, and any unexpected issues are clearly explained before proceeding. It’s refreshing to work with a contractor who is professional, easy to deal with, and takes pride in their work. I wouldn’t hesitate to continue using Reliable Roofing and highly recommend them to others looking for dependable, high quality roofing services. Thank you Jamie, Ash and team!

Reliable Roofing are exceptional! From the very start, their communication and service has been flawless. From coming out to do a quote and fixing emergency leaking the same day, to informing me who was coming and when to expect them, you rarely get that kind of information from trades. The extensive repairs they did were thorough and impressive. Thank you so much Nat, Ash, Jamie, Phil, Joel, Serge and Amit. Will definitely recommend to anyone needing quality roofing repairs and services.

l approached Reliable Roofing with an overwhelming problem of a box gutter that consistently leaked water down the inside walls of our house every time it rained. I was so impressed with Jamie when he came out to look at the gutter, he offered options and when we settled on the right solution he quickly followed through with a quote that was very reasonable. Nat continued the excellent service with her positive communication every step of the way, including the tracking that showed when workers would arrive and letting us know who would be working on the gutter. The team that did the work were highly knowledgeable, completing the work in a professional but friendly manner. Nothing was too much trouble for the team. I would have no hesitation in recommending Jamie and his whole team for anyone needing an expert group for any roofing work.

My requirement was for a total gutter replacement and tile/ridge capping maintenance across the roof of a 35-year-old house. I was blown away by the entire team from start to finish at Reliable. Keiran providing the quotes and suggestions, Nat and colleagues with contracts and admin, Serge + Rob and colleagues on the roof. Everything went smoothly with the terrific culture of the business clearly evident. From the beginning: Calm, friendly, informative suggestions to constant communication, timeliness and ALL the team going out of their way to help. And this is in addition to a very reasonable quote and an issue free and great looking end result. Nice going Jamie and team. The best business/trade I have dealt with in relation to work on the house in its 35 years. I would have given 6 stars
