I've used Adelaide Roofs to repair leaks at my house on two occasions over the past year and have been very happy with their services. They were able to identify the source of the leaks and fix them quickly (although the first time needed a return visit which they were quick to respond to). The owner Lissa and her team are great to deal with, friendly and open. Following all inspections, they immediately shared photos of the 'before' and 'after' condition of the roof and fixtures, with a clear description of the issue and work done to address it. I can not thank Lissa, Foti and team enough for fixing our leaking gutters. I have had numerous Roofing plumbers come and quote with some refusing to do the job as we have a high pitched roof. Two roof plumbers had previously attended to do the work on separate occasions over a 10 month period but failed to complete the job even though I paid for the work in full. I googled roof plumbers near me and Adelaide Roofs popped up. G I gave them a call and I explained my distressing situation to Lissa, who was very compassionate and understanding. She arranged for her team to come past and do an assessment of the outstanding work required that afternoon. Foti and his team (sorry, I forgot their names) assessed the outstanding work required and Lissa was able to provide a very reasonable quote to fix the remaining leaks. Leaking gutters were fixed within a few weeks and after several rainy days following the work I can say we are leak free and very happy. Thank you Lissa and the Adelaide Roofs team for your supportive, compassionate and prompt service. Much appreciative of your help with my long standing frustration with previous roof plumbers. Needed 6 tiles for replacement after a solar installation and spoke to Lissa about procurement. Not only was she helpful in getting the exact tiles all from 1 picture, she even got them delivered on the same day. Amazing service and a huge help. If I could rate higher than 5 I would!
