Miracle results in Peregian Springs! Shayne has looked after my roof for years, so when he suggested his Smoothline ventilation for my sweltering garage, l listened. I'd previously wasted money on a whirlybird and ceiling vent that actually made things worse- hot air was literally dumping into the garage. Shayne guaranteed his system would work where the whirlybird had failed, so we installed a pair. The results were a miracle. With the garage door slightly cracked as an inlet, the vents created a perfect flow. We even did the tissue test and watched the air get drawn right up through the ceiling vent. My garage went from the hottest to one of the coolest area's in the home. I'm such a believer that l show people the local newspaper editorial about the systems and send everyone his way. Fantastic Ventilation & Year-Round Comfort! After years of dealing with a frustrating roof leak, which it turned out was caused by condensation forming on our air-conditioning ducting. We contacted the people who installed the air conditioning only to be told this had become a common problem and that we should install roof ventilation to remove the heat load from excessively an hot roof space as that is what causes the condensation. The installation of the roof ventilation was a great success! The leaks have completely stopped thanks to the excellent job of dealing with the built up heat and humidity, and the house is now noticeably cooler What really impressed me was the unexpected benefit in winter. I noticed the house was warmer inside in the mornings, which was the exact opposite of what I expected. I even called Shayne to ask if his vents worked in reverse! We used to open the doors to let the warmer morning air in, but now the retained warmth is fantastic on those colder mornings.
