Anthony has previously clean and painted my roof on another site before hand. This is the recent job that he just completed. Anthony is always responsive and communicative. Anthony from Roof Aid is very professional and courteous, he came out to our house for a callout to inspect several leaks discovered during Cyclone Alfred. I was expecting him just to conduct an inspection and provide a quote to do the repairs at a later date, but he fixed all the leaks while he was here! Anthony took time to explain and demonstrate each of the issues he had found and what he had done to fix them. Roof Aid offers excellent value for money, and Anthony came across as genuinely trustworthy and knowledgeable. Anthony was recommended by a neighbour. I phoned him and within two days he came to repair the leak from our roof tile. He took a video of the problem and showed me so I understood what he was repairing. He was friendly, fast and efficient and kept me updated of his arrival time.
