I don’t normally do reviews but I am a very satisfied customer. In simple terms CBT did what they said they would do. Other companies came to quote but said it wasn’t possible. Cody from CBT took the time to liaise with council and engineers and produced the perfect fly over roof for our needs. Thank you to the building team and a big thank you to Claudia from the office who kept us informed every step of the way. Very professional and highly recommended.

We’re currently working with CBT Roofing to re-roof both our shed and two-story house, and I wanted to share our experience so far for the benefit of other locals — particularly given how difficult it is to secure reliable roofers after the recent storm damage. I first contacted CBT in mid-November 2025, and they were prompt and professional from the outset, locking in a site visit within a week for a measure-up. Kerry came out, and honestly — what an absolute legend. A genuinely lovely bloke who took the time to talk us through the process clearly and honestly. No sales talk, no fluff, no BS — which was a breath of fresh air compared to some other businesses we dealt with. We received the quote via email within the following week. While CBT weren’t the cheapest of the quotes we obtained, the quote itself was clear, detailed, and well structured, outlining exactly what works would be undertaken with itemised costs. That transparency made a big difference in our decision-making. After a bit of back and forth to finalise details, we accepted the quote and are now booked in for the shed works in the first week of February. A big thank you to Claudia in the office, who has been great at keeping us updated on timelines and material selection — her communication has been excellent. So far, the experience has been very positive. I’ll update this review again once the works are complete, but at this stage I’m more than happy with how CBT Roofing have handled everything. Update 17/02– Stage 1 Complete Stage 1 of our roof work (large shed) is now complete and I wanted to provide an update. The roofing crew were fantastic — friendly, professional, and they completed the job within just a few hours. The quality of work looks great. I’m especially glad Kerry encouraged me to add insulation — it has made an incredible difference to the internal temperature of the shed. Definitely worth it. Overall, we’re very happy with the roofing component of the project. The only issue we experienced was the edge protection crew accidentally scratching our garage door during removal. I understand this wasn’t CBT Roofing’s fault. I contacted Kerry and he immediately reached out to the edge protection company, who have agreed to return and touch up the scratch. Really appreciated the prompt response and ownership in helping resolve it. Stage 2 (house roof replacement) is scheduled for March 2nd — looking forward to seeing the final result.

Fantastic experience from start to finish! Kerry provided excellent customer service and helpful advice, and the whole team was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond. Communication was great throughout the process. They managed to fit in the job at short notice before I went away and completed a curved roof replacement efficiently and to a high standard. Highly recommend!

Kerry and the team were really professional and responsive. The initial consultation was really thorough which meant that we knew exactly what we were getting and ensured no confusion or uncertainty at time of install. End product was really great and totally transformed the old house into a newly renovated home. It actually feels like we're in a new home! There were a couple of things to resolve at the end of the job, but Kerry and the team were onto it and within a week or so of completing the job it was all finished. Really happy. Would highly recommend CBT for your roofing job.
