I recently purchased a house and wanted to get my gutters cleaned and roof checked. There must have been palm trees close to the house before I purchased it as there were leaves, debris, nuts etc. I was quoted the gutter clean at a reasonable price, and booked for that to be completed. After that from the roof check, Joe informed me of the roof issues, which he also quoted a reasonable price.
