Xclass Roofing Services PTY LTD

Jayden and his team recently replaced our old tile roof with a new metal roof with new guttering and downpipes, cladding and eaves, and they did an amazing job. From first contact, to quote, to job completion, they were always friendly, professional, hard working and provided helpful options and suggestions, to get the best result possible. With some challenging conditions, both structural and hot weather, they didn't flinch, and we are very happy with our new roof.

Jayden and his team did an amazing job at putting in our new gutters and downpipes. His communication is very prompt and he went above and beyond to order materials and provide a quote all whilst we weren’t able to meet him onsite. Highly recommend!

We recently engaged XClass Roofing for a roof replacement and were extremely impressed with their service. From the initial quote through to completion, the team was punctual, professional, and transparent. They took the time to explain the process, kept the site clean, and finished the job on schedule. The workmanship is excellent, and the new roof looks fantastic. Highly recommend XClass Roofing for quality and reliability.

I came across Jayden and the Xclass Roofing team when they undertook some work on my neighbours roof. Their work ethic and attention to detail was impressive. We had ongoing issues with a leaking roof that nobody seemed to be able to resolve but from the moment I meant Jayden you could tell that he was driven to provide the best outcome for his customer. Jayden provided a few different options and was always available to discuss any queries I had no matter the time of the day. Outside of providing roofing services, Jayden's greatest asset is his communication. Jayden was in constant contact throughout the entire job providing updates and sending progress pictures. If an issue was encountered, he was straight on the phone to discuss options and our preferred approach. Our job required two others trades which Jayden organised and coordinated without asking. We are extremely happy with the final product Jayden and his team have delivered. We have been through a couple of significant rainfall events since the job was finished and I am happy to report that we haven't had any further roof leaks. I would have no hesitation in recommending Jayden and the Xclass Roofing team to anyone in need of roofing services.

Jayden and his team from Xclass Roofing recently replaced our tiled garage roof and two storey house roof with Colourbond. The guttering and down pipes were renewed as well. Despite the exceptionally hot weather during the works, the team did as much as they could each day before it became far too hot. Any problems were dealt with quickly and an additional request was carried out without issue. The work has been outstanding and stood up well in recent storms. The quotation was very detailed and quite competitive. I highly recommend Xclass Roofing.

The Xclass team have done an excellent job repairing my old roof. From the outset Jayden from Xclass made a good impression by being punctual and maintaining reliable communication via email or phone. Jayden was able to identify the cause of my roof leaks while also identifying other issues that were worth my attention. He provided a competitive quote for repairs. He was able to explain the works in a way that was easy to understand and provided photos for clarification. He could also back his recommendations up with information from the Australian building standards. While performing the works a few unexpected challenges arose. Jayden and his team were able to work out cost effective alternative solutions to still achieve the result we were looking for. I would not hesitate to contact Jayden from Xclass roofing for any future projects
