Joe and his assistant where very professional and competent. He was down to earth and very understanding. I asked lots of questions and he treated me with respect as an intelligent female and answered my relevant questions. Living in a Strata complex can present with a few extra compliance issues,nosey neighbour problems etc. He was supportive, polite and I felt reassured and completely satisfied with his work.
