Just had our roof repaired by Respected Roofing Services due to water leaks and defective installation by prior builders roofing contractor. We can highly recommend Kieran Duffy for his prompt service and efficient communication throughout the process from the initial quotation to completion of the job including taking away all the rubbish. I would highly recommend Keiran and the boys from Respected Roofing Services. We have an 1890 terrace and the old terracotta tiles were replaced. We had our roof replaced by Respected Roofing Services, with Kieran and his team removing the old concrete tiles, installing a new Colorbond roof, and replacing all the gutters. From start to finish, the whole experience was outstanding. Kieran was excellent to deal with and was clear in his communication, honest, and reliable. They replaced our entire tiled roof, insulation and guttering, and the result is outstanding. Firstly, I wish to reassure prospective customers that this review has not been solicited by Respected Roofing. I just really needed to pass this on. Kieran and his team completed re-roofing my 90+ year-old duplex just over a week ago. Access for materials and equipment was limited, due to a shared driveway with one neighbour couple, who unfortunately were extremely uncooperative. Their contacting police to attend if the driveway were blocked in any way, and for the least amount of time, was a real possibility. It caused me a lot of stress. However, Kieran was extremely reassuring, citing examples of worse situations and site problems. He explained the roofing procedure carefully. Kieran stayed in touch every step of the way during the period when our work was rain-delayed. An agenda of the week's work was sent just before commencement. Thus I was able to also advise neighbours by letter what to expect. My yard area was the "work centre" and got pretty messy😅. When the team left, it was spotless. I can't recommend Kieran, Michaela in the office, and all his team highly enough.

I didn't bother with a second quote. Kieran came to my house to look at my roof job and spent over an hour trying to diagnose the source of my roof leaks. This involved both lifting tiles on the exterior rooftop then into the interior roof void to assess visible light / water ingress. He was exceptionally thorough and professional to make sure the correct work would be completed. He's price was very reasonable, and him and Aiden did a great, neat and clean job re-pointing and fixing up various bits and pieces on my roof.
