Newcastle Local Roofers

Newcastle Local Roofers Merewether carried out a thorough pre-sale roof inspection for us. We were selling the house and wanted to avoid any last-minute surprises. They came out on short notice, climbed up with a drone and on foot, and checked every tile, gutter, and flashing. The report was detailed, honest, and helped us fix a couple of minor issues before listing. They were professional, fast, and charged fairly. Made the whole process smoother, highly recommend.

Tiles were loose, and we were worried about them falling. The team re-clipped them and cleaned the gutters. The tiles are stable, and the system is protected. The work was efficient, the site was left clean, and the finish is neat. Highly recommend for roof repairs in Merewether.

Newcastle Local Roofers Merewether replaced our rusted roof screws before they failed. We noticed corrosion after a salty winter and wanted to avoid leaks. They came out, inspected all fixings, and quoted a full re-screw with stainless steel. The team finished in a day, checked tile alignment, and sealed every point. Roof’s secure and looks neat again. Preventative work done right, highly recommend.

In our Merewether beach house, a few tiles had shifted from the coastal winds, threatening the skylight in the living room. The team re-bedded them with corrosion-resistant adhesive, checked the entire roof for salt damage, and cleaned the solar vents. The skylight is bright and leak-free now, and the energy output is optimal. They used eco-friendly materials and shared tips for coastal maintenance. The job was seamless and the house feels refreshed.

Had a couple of broken tiles after that last storm and water was coming through our ceiling. They came out quickly, replaced the damaged tiles, and even fixed some rusted flashing while they were up there. Down-to-earth blokes and no fuss. Reliable roofing services you can count on.

Had a full metal roof installation done and couldn't be more impressed. The finish is clean, everything’s watertight, and they even helped organise the guttering. Fast turnaround and really easy to deal with. If you’re after quality roofing work, these are the people to go with.
