JSJ Roofing repaired and replaced two loose roof soffit panels in our strata building. The quote was detailed and precise in its scope of works, with photos included, which clearly demonstrated that the root cause of the issue was understood from the start. I also provided a video showing the loose panels being lifted by the wind, which was promptly forwarded to the tradespeople and taken into account. Post-job photos were supplied after completion, which provided confidence in the quality of the repair and were useful for record-keeping. Communication was excellent throughout, with smooth coordination involving the strata manager and neighbouring owners to organise access and clear the common area. The repair work was completed to a high standard, and the 2-year workmanship warranty provides added peace of mind. Highly recommended.

Kade and Adam did an amazing job fixing a hole on our terrace roof which caused a big leak in our bathroom and replacing our old skylight that was dropping in debris into our stairwell. They took photos during the initial inspection to clearly show what work they would carry out in their quote and then took photos afterwards showing the repairs. The team’s communication was great and they were extremely professional. Their prices were fair and I was extremely impressed with their work and timely repairs. I would highly recommend them.

Kade and team did a great job on our verandah roof replacement. Responded quickly, quoted clearly and in depth, and did the job efficiently. The attention to detail was really appreciated - even to matching shapes, colours, and polish of the result. They clearly take pride in the work being done well. James and Jayden were fantastic. They were able to identify the cause of roof/ceiling leak issue, and provided good feedback and details with photos on how they fixed it. They were very respectful of my home volunteered to remove their shoes too which I fully appreciated!! Awesome friendly guys to come and fix roof leaks.

Fantastic service today from Aziz and James. They arrived on time, went about their work with a minimum of fuss, and were professional and polite at all times. They did a great job on the repair, and even went out of their way to check (and fix) a few other issues on the roof. This is the second job they have done for me, and I couldn't be happier. I'd recommend them to anybody. Great work guys.

Daniel and Kade just attended my property. Super polite, super friendly and respectful (took shoes off before coming in). Fixed my leaking roof, talked me through the issue and the fix. Prompt, easy, absolutely would use again, highly recommended
