  After a typical Sydney summer storm complete with hail our polcarbonate roof along the side of the house was left looking like swiss cheese. I rang John and we arranged a quote and the work was completed the next week. John's attitude was friendly and professional. The work was completed with the minimum of fuss and the site left clean and tidy. I would highly recommned John as a roofer to anyone reading this article, regards Jim.

  John is a legend! Had a roof leak due to heavy rain, called John and he was there in 15 min to fix the problem. Granted it wasn’t a major job, but the response time and professionalism is outstanding

  It's hard sometimes to get a tradie to do a little job, but John Ross Roofing was so happy and kind to help me. The fee was most reasonable as well, which made me even happier. Nice to know who to call if I ever need a roof repair or should I need a roof.

  I had a roof leak and contacted John on a Friday—he responded promptly and came that day to inspect. He highlighted a possible leak around an old and unused antenna and offered to remove it and replacing broken tiles at a fair price. The job was scheduled for Sunday, but unfortunately John didn’t show or notify me. He called Monday morning to apologise, explaining he’d had health issues, and came later that day to complete the work. A few days afterward, while cleaning the gutter, I noticed a cracked tile near the valley. John returned the next day and fixed it without charging extra, which was a thoughtful follow-up. Overall, I found John to be responsive and helpful, and I appreciate how he handled things after the initial hiccup. I'd be happy to recommend his service.
