Thank you, Scott, for managing our roof replacement from start to end in very tight time frames and extreme heat. Initial engagement was informative and productive. Scott took the time to answer our questions, follow them up, and met with us further to address our concerns. Quote was promptly sent, adjusted when needed. Throughout the project communication was on-going and any concern or doubt was quickly responded to. There were slight delays due to weather conditions but these were handled responsibly and professionally. We wouldn't have been able to achieve this without your help, Scott, thanks. And on time before our newborn got home. We appreciate fivestarroofing's thoughtfulness with our family. Currently, we have barely heard the recent storms and no more leaks!! I would like to thank Mark and the team for the excellent result achieved in replacing the old leaking concrete tile roof with terracotta tiles on my home in Glenmore Park. Pricing was very competitive and although the weather went against the team, causing understandable delay, the roof was completed successfully and has proved its value since with no water leaks whatsoever! Five Star was excellent. From beginning to end communication was good, the team of workers got the roof stripped and retiled in 2-3 days. We needed to get some carpentry done on the roof too in the middle and when completed Five Star were back promptly to finish off where this had been done and complete some work on the guttering. We’d had a few leaks over the years and ‘bandaid’ fixes were just not good enough. Mark and his team were professional, kept us up to date with everything, thorough in following through and we are entirely satisfied with our new roof- it looks great and is a big worry off our minds. It was a great experience to deal with such a professional company and can confidently recommend them.

Excellent Roofing Work – Problem Finally Solved! Jeremiah was professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to deal with. After our new roof leaked, two previous “experts” couldn’t fix the issue — but Jeremiah identified the problem quickly and got it sorted properly. Great value for the quality of work and service. We had some damage to our roof tiles that we suspect was caused by the contractors who installed our solar panels. Long story short, we contacted Five Star Roofing, whom our builder recommended, and Teresa guided us through the process and got Jeremiah to come inspect and fix the broken tiles only a few days after we enquired. They did a good job from what we can tell, and Teresa was so friendly, professional and helpful. The price was also reasonable. We would recommend Five Star Roofing for your repairs.
