LGM Maintenance

Leon did an excellent job adding Colorbond fascia over our old wooden fascia, as well as fixing some other issues with our roof. We are really pleased with the job and Leon was great to deal with. Highly recommend.

Leon at LGM Maintenance has been servicing our family home for over 20 years. He recently refreshed the ridge capping and put nice looking Colorbond fascia around the whole house - which looks amazing and gave the roof a nice fresh look. He even matched the colour to the garage door and door/window frames we already had. We've always been very happy with LGM and we couldn't recommend Leon and his team more!

Leon re-did the ridge capping on our entire roof to deal with a stubborn leak. He turned up when he said he would, got the job done on time and on budget, and after a couple of weeks there are no signs of any leaks. Leon's work was especially neat and he even took the time to carefully repaint the new work to match the existing (ill-advisedly painted) roof. Leon was always pleasant to deal with, professional, and took the time to explain exactly what he was doing and why. When our friends and family need any roofing work done we will definitely be recommending Leon and LGM Maintenance.

Over the past few years, Leon has renovated various parts of our roof, from re-bedding the ridge capping to replacing all of the guttering and other minor repairs in between. His work has always been of the highest quality and he always discusses each job in detail with us. He is extremely reliable and communicative and really makes us feel 'looked after'. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending Leon and will certainly be calling on him in the future for general roof/gutter maintenance.

Excellent and professional service provided by LGM Maintenance. Leon fully explained what he would do to realign my gutter and how long it would take. Potentially his work saved me thousands in early replacement of my gutters. He also helped out with another roof related job (which I might add was done to perfection). I would recommend LGM Maintenance to anyone looking for professional roof services at a reasonable price. I only wish I could give Leon more than 5 stars.
