From start to finish, my experience with super easy storage was mostly good. Ben is easy to deal with and friendly a good spokesperson and front person for the business, the office girl, on the other hand is unpleasant, rude and looks like she doesn't want to be there helping people in general. Super Easy Storage has reasonably priced storage rates The only reason I didn't give it five stars is the two days notice you have to give to access your storage, and the office girl.

Super Easy Storage were recommended to me by one of my clients and I’m so pleased she did. Ben at the office and Robin, Alan and Nathan the collection and delivery team were excellent. Very punctual, friendly and professional. They took the utmost pride in arranging my furniture into the storage units And same courtesy when delivering them back after a period of 11 months in storage located at Gnangara Warehouse. They were extremely Competitive on their pricing and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for either short-term or long-term storage facilities to use this company Great job guys thanks so much ! 10/10

Super Easy storage had our household contents for 18 months. Great customer service from collection in June 2023 to delivery in November 2024. Everything delivered intact, and not a thing a thing damaged. Excellent prompt communication from Deb in the office. Great work from the team on the truck. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Very good service. Stuff is well looked after. Team are lovely to deal with. Overall I recommend as a good cheap storage option. They did stuff up one thing when we were moving house but went out of their way to fix it and opened a whole other office on a day not usually open just to fix it.

Preparing to sell your home is an emotional and difficult event. Super Easy Storage helped tremendously. First, Ben followed through with our enquiry professionally and respectfully and quickly responded to our questions so we knew what to expect. He gave some helpful tips which we appreciated. On the collection day, Alan and his team were early and contacted us in advance to see if it was suitable to come earlier. Alan was friendly and did not hurry us. He and his team moved our things carefully and Alan is an amazing packer so we got a lot more things into our storage containers. We are so relieved that everything went smoothly. Thanks heaps to Ben, Alan and the super storage team 😊
