Huge thank you to the team at Loaded Removals – especially Gus and Hugo!! They were right on time, handled everything with so much care, and were genuinely such lovely guys to deal with. Everything ran smoothly and completely stress-free – honestly hands down the easiest house move I’ve ever had. And a special mention to Eugenio as well – he was so great with coordinating everything and even came by beforehand to check out the items we needed moved. That extra care made such a difference. Loaded Removals did two jobs for me within a week. The first was a small job. Relocating my son to a studio apartment (2hours). The second job a much bigger one. Loaded Removals packed a shipping container of all our household goods, for interstate transfer. (8 hours) Dealing with Eugene was an absolute pleasure. From first contact, doing a quote and executing the job Eugene and his team were prompt, friendly, efficient and respectful of our belongings. They have made a very stressful time a little easier. I highly recommend them for jobs big and small.

I had Hugo and Gus move the contents of my storage unit to my new home. They were absolutely amazing! Nothing was too much trouble and they made sure that they put everything where I wanted it, as well as suggestions for some items that I hadn’t thought about, they really took the stress off my shoulders after a very bad experience with another company. They were quick, efficient and very polite and respectful. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Loaded to anyone!
