  Sean, Davina and Kingston did a pre-pack and uplift removal through TOLL and they were absolutely fantastic. Very professional, friendly and they worked quickly. The way they packed everything made it so much easier to unpack everything on the other side. I would absolutely go with them again for another removal!

  Fantastic service, all the move and packing staff were highly engaging, very professional and happy to accomodate our requirements. No complaints even in 40 degree heat. Very good care taken with the move. Office staff also attentative and supportive to ensure the process was as seamless as possible. A couple boxes missed for some inventory items but given size of order to be expected, and some confusion on type of truck and its suitability for my site, but the crews problem solved and got the job done on time anyway. Would not hesitate to use Chess again, highly recommend.

  I recently packed my belongings during a move only to realize afterwards I had accidentally packed the one folder I had planned to keep with me. The staff at Chess Moving were so kind and obliging to help me find it among my many packed items. Odette the Operations controller in particular was amazing. We had searched thru a few of the boxes with no luck & then the last box we tried she found it!, I was really happy and grateful. I highly recommend Chess Moving, every single staff member I have spoken with and met has been so kind, helpful and friendly, Clair

  The team at Chess Moving did an excellent job for our move Perth to Albany. From the initial visit and quote from Stevan, ongoing support and contact from Jacqueline via phone and email, to the guys doing the uplift and delivery, the service was 5 star. Special mention for Robert and Beau. They took great care of all our furniture, boxes and garden sundries. Lifted, packed and delivered with great care and nothing broken or damaged on delivery. Re-assembled our bed, TV, placed all furniture and items wherever we required them. Nothing was too much trouble, they really did go above and beyond what we expected. Can not recommend Chess Moving and the team we had highly enough 🙂

  Rob and Shawn the CHESS deliverary and stock placement crew were absolutely fabulous! Nothing was too much trouble and their hard work was as amazing as it was exemplary. Having used CHESS a number of times I would highly recommend the company. From first contact with Steve through the storage experience the coordination and execution of a double move from Perth to Albany it was a great experience. Nothing broken and everything in place for unpacking. Thank you CHESS!
