I recently used Sam’s Movers and Packers to relocate the entire contents of my 3-bedroom home about 30 kilometres across the western suburbs to the city — including an expensive upright piano — and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! The team — Rajan, Anket, and Jashan — were simply fantastic. They worked non-stop for 8 hours, were incredibly careful with every single item, and even went above and beyond by wrapping things I didn’t expect them to just to make sure nothing was damaged. Their professionalism, care, and work ethic were exceptional. The entire move cost just $1,400, which is an absolute bargain considering other quotes I received were $100 more per hour and hundreds of dollars extra for the piano alone. They’re fully insured too — they provided their insurance certificates before the move, which gave me total peace of mind. This was honestly the best moving experience I’ve ever had. Fantastic service from start to finish. The movers were professional, efficient, and handled everything with great care. They made the whole moving process stress-free as I am re-locating. However I would have preferred boxes labelled better and direction listened to. My unpacking is going to be a bit difficult.
