  Jim’s Removals and Storage were professional, efficient and friendly. The care taken with both the items being moved and the property they were moving from and to was wonderful. Sylvia was fantastic to deal with – she was kind, organized and happily answered my many questions. Communication was prompt and clear, they offered helpful suggestions, and nothing was too much trouble. They worked as an amazing team to get the job done in the safest way possible. I cannot praise this team highly enough from the first enquiry until the move was complete and they drove away the customer service was excellent. Thanks Sylvia and Danny – you made the move stress free! I will definitely be using you for the next move and recommending you to others.

  What a great team of people to assist in our moving. They were so professional, skilled, and easy to communicate logistics with. The initial booking was met with friendly and helpful service delivery and a detailed explanation was offered on options and limitations. The removal team arrived punctually after executing good communication. Costs were reasonable and despite charging by the hour, at no point did the team show anything but top performance in terms of executing the job effectively. They also took great care in handling all our furniture and items with the appropriate care required. Highly recommended - this service will be my default choice when the next removal job is due.

  Fast to respond and friendly service. Booking process easy and all questions were answered promptly by Danny & Silvia. Danny and Liam were fast and efficient on the move day. Goods were secured correctly with no damage upon arrival at new place. They also had rubbish removal option which others didn’t. Will definitely use them again and highly recommend!
