Dougs Mini Mover

I called Doug’s Mini Mover on Thursday morning at 9.30. It was all a rush. My mum was being discharged from hospital to an aged care facility in Kew and I didn't have much notice. I wanted to make sure her recliner armchair was in place in her room at Kew, for her comfort and for safety. Paul was able to arrange pickup at 11 am. Dean and Alex coped with the stairs in getting the armchair out of the house and when they arrived at Kew staff praised their attention to detail in placing the armchair and connecting the electrics and battery. Their work has made a real difference to my. Mum and I was thankful for the timely response.

Fabulous service !!!!!!!!! They were great two years ago and just as terrific today. Nothing is too much trouble. Travis & James took extra good care with everything including my very heavy Ikea Expedit unit pictured below. Every item is expertly maneuvered so there is no damage to furniture or home. Highly professional !!! Service goes above and beyond expectations. Happy to recommend to anyone - you won’t be disappointed!!

Spoke to Paul on the phone two days prior to the move; he was professional and communicated well. On the day of the move, Travis and Adrian were punctual and were quick and efficient with our two heavy/bulky items. Thank you for the smooth move! Would recommend 😊

We had two pieces of newly bought furniture delivered yesterday. When we saw it was Doug's Mini Movers delivering our furniture, we were immediately relieved , as having used Doug's ourselves a number of times in the past, we knew our new furniture was truly in the best of hands. Delivery was on time and more importantly, our items were handled with true care and professionalism. Wouldn't consider any other mover.
