  We used City Move because of a combination of getting the best phone service and the best price. Moving furniture that fills a 4 bedroom house interstate with a toddler and newborn can be stressful enough but City Move helped ease the stress. The men who turned up to do the move were extremely diligent and respectful of our things. The whole experience was excellent and I can't recommend them enough. They turned up when they said they would and delivered the furniture the next day in the same timely manner. We will be using them for our next move.

  Called last-minute on a public holiday for help with moving several heavy furniture pieces I had bought on Gumtree and couldn't move on my own. They were very accommodating and were able to schedule me for just a couple of hours later. All charges were clearly explained. In the end they called and asked if they could come early. Everything was done quickly and efficiently. The guys were friendly as well. I did have to pay for the 90 minute minimum although everything was done in 30, but I knew that going in and many other companies have a 2-hour minimum. With a last-minute request on a public holiday that they were more than happy to accommodate I wasn't complaining or wanting to look much further. The website gave me a bit of trouble but I sorted it out easily with the friendly customer service reps on the phone. The truck was covered in graffiti but it had all the right stuff inside (blankets, ropes) and everything was secure, so no problem. All in all a professional and positive experience.

  I had a good experience with CityMove when I used them recently moving interstate metro. Though the communication with office people is not so good and helpful, the delivery guys are really fantastic, helpful and can go an extra mile to satisfy the customers. Handling of the furniture with great care, reasonable price, right on time but unfortunately the office doesn't have details of the delivery timings. City move would be excellent if they go for GPS tracker system so that customers can lay back.

  Great movers - on time, friendly, fast (with 3 guys working), well-priced, and they went the extra mile. Unfortunately all our stuff fell over in the back of the truck otherwise I'd give them 5 stars.
