The guys arrived on time, were extremely professional and friendly and had everything loaded in two and a half hours. At the delivery, there was a delay in settlement, but they allayed our concerns and were looking for alternatives to get the job done. As it turned out all proceeded well and we were unloaded promptly. We would have no problem using them again if needed and would certainly recommend them to anyone looking to move a house full of furniture, plants, and anything else. As someone who tends to worry, I can honestly say that Jim delivered a truly hassle-free day, which made the entire experience completely stress-free for me. Jim and his offsider are an amazing team. They were incredibly hardworking and efficient, making the whole unloading process look easy. I was so impressed watching them work; they got everything done quickly and expertly. Their smooth and professional operation immediately put my mind at ease. The care they took with our belongings was top-notch. They handled every item with respect and ensured everything was brought into the house safely and carefully. They are both genuinely polite and courteous. Jim himself really stood out. He is such a lovely, friendly, and helpful person—a truly excellent bloke. Even during the small chat we had, his genuine nature and positive attitude made the whole experience a pleasure. Having moved quite a few times, I can confidently say that Jim’s Handy Moves are by far the very best movers we have ever used. They did an absolutely fantastic job on Friday, moving our belongings from Adelaide to Victor Harbor. Jim & his offsider are professional, reliable, and hardworking. They impressed me with how efficiently and expertly they completed the job, and at a very reasonable price. Jim made the entire process stress-free—something I haven't experienced before with a mover. Communication from Jim was excellent from start to finish.
