Grace Removals

Recently moved from Brisbane to Adelaide and in the process, we initially rang a different company to get a quote for the move, but the other company (Kent) wouldn’t even come to see us to quote until we had a moving day and confirmed address in Adelaide to move to. I explained to them that we were selling our Brisbane house and wouldn’t have a date or delivery address in Adelaide unti well after we had sold, but we needed to get a quote to budget for the move. Kent would not come, so then I rang Grace who I’d used in a prior move over 30 years ago. I don’t recall why I didn’t call Grace first anyway, but I’m sooooo glad that we ended up with Grace as everything went smoothly and perfectly 👌👌👌 The final phase of the move was the delivery to our new home in Adelaide, and just to top off what’s been a great experience with Grace all the way through, the delivery guys (Damien and Adam) were just amazing. We had 2 x 20’ containers full of our belongings, and we used Grace to do the packing too, so in the end, Kent; you guys missed out on a big job $$$ due to your stupid quoting rules! Cannot recommend Grace highly enough, and if you are moving to Adelaide, then tell them you want Damo & Adam to be your delivery team. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 5 stars all the way THANK YOU Grace for getting our household to Adelaide in one piece and so smoothly 🙏

Damien, Adam and Blake from Adelaides Grace Removals branch were the model of professionalism unloading our belongings. They couldn't have been better if they tried. Helped me assemble and move around a few things and looked after our house and stuff so well. Cheers to James and his crew from the Bunbury branch, you guys were awesome looking after us arranging well in advance and packing up our home too. Highly recommend these guys to look after you to make moving home stress free. Some bangin' tunes and good banter along the way! Thanks lads 💪😎👍

Really impressed with service, care and pace. They showed up right on time and got straight to work without wasting a minute. Everything was handled with care but they were also very efficient, you could tell they knew exactly what they were doing. Heavy and awkward pieces were moved with ease, and they made it look simple. What stood out was how well they worked together as a team. There was no mucking around, just a steady pace the whole time, which meant the move was done much quicker than I expected. Even with their speed, nothing was rushed or careless and everything arrived in perfect condition. The whole process felt smooth and stress free, and they were friendly and easy to deal with along the way. Honestly one of the best moving experiences I’ve had. Wouldn’t hesitate to book them again or recommend them to anyone.

Dave and Tyson came today and they were fantastic! Nothing was too much trouble and everything was done with a smile on their faces. Their professionalism and care with packing my possessions was second to none. Cannot recommend them highly enough! A great experience

David, Jordan and Tash were a fantastic team; not only were they fast, efficient & careful with our belongings, they also stayed to help unpack a lot of our boxes, so we could get on with the job of finding places for our “stuff” once they had gone. A great experience, thanks for all your help today “guys” 🙏👍

Damien, Adam and Blake were an absolute riot of a team, moving me from Adelaide to Berri. They absolutely smashed through pack up and delivery with great care and professionalism. Hope to see you guys for my next move! Cheers!
