  I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Gobox. From start to finish, the service has been smooth, professional, and stress-free during what I thought would be a very overwhelming time for me. Alex at Gobox has been absolutely exceptional. She went above and beyond to help me, especially when I needed a second container organised at the last minute. Nothing was too much trouble, and she handled everything quickly and efficiently, which took a huge weight off my shoulders. The containers are clean and secure. The flooring is fantastic; even, smooth and again, very clean. I hired straps and blankets and the ones provided looked brand new. The container is exactly what I needed to store my furniture and belongings. I feel that my items are in safe hands. Thank you Gobox — and especially Alex — for making this process so much easier. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to anyone needing storage in Adelaide.

  Brilliant service, brilliant staff and container. It was fascinating watching Matt manoeuvring the GoBox into my driveway via remote control. He levelled it, put some clamps/brackets to secure it and gave me a run down on features. The interior of the container was immaculate and spacious as I got the Large size. The padlock which is mine to keep is pretty sturdy and there is room for another padlock if required for extra security. Overall a flawless and smooth experience and one happy customer!

The whole process was easy thanks to great communication skills. Very proffesional staff, would highly recommend.

  Had a great experience with gobox. They delivered on the day we needed it & when they came in the morning to collect it & take it to our new house there was a problem. But they kept us informed about time it would be moved & it was moved in the afternoon. Once it was empty i called & they came & collected it. Very helpful answered all my questions price was good.
