Hayden and Brett arrived on time and moved our cupboards from one house to another. Very pleased with their work. Will recommend them to other people who need removals. Thank you. Carol and Michael

Absolutely fantastic service, couldn't be happier. Star Removals helped us move a very large/awkward/heavy item that needed a truck with a tailgate platform. Steve was fantastic to deal with, very experienced and knowledgeable. They moved it for us no problems- everything went smoothly and as planned. We had tried to use a previous company who assured us it was no problem, and then couldn't do it. Really grateful for Steve and his team! Thanks!

Professional, prompt and friendly. These guys really know the moving business. Calum and Harry worked super fast, they literally didn’t stop working from the time they arrived until they moved our furniture in to the new place. They moved heavy/bulky items and some very fragile items, all perfect, no breakages. Improvements I could suggest: send customers instructions in advance about how the packing is best approached (i.e. room by room) - we were familiar with this but not everyone is; electronic payment options. Thank you for a great job!

Highly recommend Adelaide Star Removals. We had Callum & Shane attend to our move. They were BRILLIANT! They were up against a hot day, heavy heavy furniture and stairs and they did it flawlessley and took great care of our things. Nothing was too much for them. Huge thanks to Steve who worked hard to organise our move less than 24hrs prior to moving after another company double booked us. 10/10 from us!

I recently used Adelaide Star for a cross-city move and couldn’t fault them. The move was smooth from start to finish and they exceeded all expectations. Steve handled the initial booking and the process was simple. After describing the job and addresses, he provided an approximate quote and confirmed later that day. I was able to book within a week of move date. The move manager Callum and his offsider Adam called ahead to confirm ETA and they arrived on time. After an initial inspection, loading was fast and efficient. Callum brought prior experience in planning and hazard analysis to the job and I was comfortable from the outset that everything would be taken care of. They provided all the required equipment and I was able to assist where possible to speed things along. The overall move was done extremely efficiently and care was taken with each parcel. Fragile items were carefully placed in the truck, as advised. Don’t waste time or take the risk with low-cost removalists that don’t arrive on time, cancel the job last minute or don’t take care of your things. Just get it done properly from a local business who has been operating for decades and knows what they are doing and that their reputation depends on top performance. I’ll only use Adelaide Star from now on.
