A really great team work at Salisbury office- a lady in particular I recollect who bent over backwards, processing online application for us with frequent phone calls. Loss of email access, and scanning between two locations- all of it after hours -for us -as we were moving from hours away. This team make every effort to accommodate customers, even when we left they were just as helpful- great internal and external communication. Thanks guys for a great experience with clean safe accessible facilities.😀

Service with a smile! The staff at Storage King in Salisbury are efficient, effective and very helpful. I booked two sheds, purchased 30 boxes and all of the required accessories. No question or request was too difficult and all responses were provided with a smile. First class customer service!

Friendly approachable staff. Nothing is too much trouble. Clean, secure, well-organized storage space. Range of trolleys to help move gear.I was pleasantly surprised to see so many great items for sale to help the move go more smoothly. I strongly recommend the Salisbury store!

Maxine was a great help to two geriatrics who have never used storage before. She took time to walk with us and explain the procedure for logging in and out and how to use the lift to our storage floor. When we brought our gear in we were able to do it unassisted. The only problem we had was when we returned to ground level we couldn't close the lift door. I guess it was on a timer to close automatically.
