We had had the “the move from hell” with another company just 8 months prior and I was still traumatised by that when we unexpectedly had to move house again. My very first phone call to Brendan put me completely at ease. He was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, aware of what we’d been through and assured me all would work out well. And it did, very well in fact. Joe and Antonio came right on time. They were respectful, friendly, very hard workers and soooo careful of our furniture and belongings. They worked amazingly well as a team. Access was tricky and they assessed the space before moving large items so as to avoid damage to our things as well as the rental property we were in. They packed the van so well and our furniture, fridge etc were well protected. It was a big move and there were three trips but they worked late to get the job done for us, which we were so grateful for. We’ll be moving again hopefully in about a year once our house is built and it goes without saying that we intend using them again. The best thing I did was to call Brendan. 😁 Donna Cains

I can’t recommend this company enough! From the minute I rang to discuss my relocation needs to when my furniture and effects were delivered they have been nothing but professional. They turned up on time and made sure that they knew everything that was required. They provided a superior packing service, had the perfect sized truck for my needs, worked quickly yet carefully and ensured that I was happy at all times. All of my furniture and belongings were in the same condition upon downlift as they were on uplift which is always appreciated because the reality of moving often results in some element of breakage. I was also assured that if something was to break it would be handled effectively and efficiently to ensure I was compensated. For me they scored 100% which is not an easy task and I would know being ex-military and moving very often. Thank you to all of the team at River City Relocations with a special shout out to Matt and Dean...I will definitely be recommending you to anyone looking to move in the Brisbane area.
