I did feel quite sorry for them, and apologised profusely, however they did not turn a hair, and swiftly and efficiently installed my precious, brand new piano, without a hitch. Thank you so very much, you lovely fellows.

When missing boxes made it to Alice Springs I didn't get notified, I had to call adelaide who then nudged them to call me. Then I had to pick up these boxes, which was smooth process, in and out in less than 10 mins.

Read moreHi there, I am writing to express my sincere gratitude to Laura Mundy for her exceptional assistance with my recent relocation from Alice Springs to Darwin. Throughout the process, Laura was incredibly responsive and helpful, addressing every question and email I sent her promptly and clearly. While the delivery itself in Darwin encountered a small hiccup – my microwave was unfortunately damaged when the box was accidentally dropped – I want to commend the honesty and professionalism of the delivery crew. They immediately notified me of the incident and handled the situation with transparency and care. Despite this minor setback, my overall experience with Laura Mundy was truly positive. Laura's dedication and thoroughness made the relocation process much less stressful than I anticipated. Her proactive communication and attentiveness to detail exceeded my expectations.. I would like to extend my thanks to both Laura, the pick up and the delivery team for their excellent service. I would not hesitate to recommend Laura Mundy to anyone considering a relocation – their commitment to client satisfaction is evident in every aspect of their service. Keep up the good work Laura.
