WOW! I don't know where to start! Fantastic service all round! Anna is a doll, from first point of contact she super helpful and super friendly. I had been mucked around to get some books shipped from NZ, Anna and Shailendra were on to it. It arrived so quickly. The books were packed so well and secure as they are vintage books with a sentimental value to me and they all knew it. So the made sure they were looked after.
