Grant at Cargo Masters went above and beyond to get urgent stock from Brisbane to Sydney on the same day with very little notice and late in the day. He kept us updated with clear communication throughout the day and into the evening. The whole experience was extremely smooth and very reliable in what was a very stressful situation. Grant assured me the stock would get to my Sydney warehouse the same day and that happened with time to spare. I would highly recommend Grant and Cargo Master's, and I would absolutely use use him again for not only urgent matters but any cargo that needed shipping locally, interstate and overseas.

Great Experience! I can’t thank Cargo Masters enough. I shipped two of my vehicles in a 40ft container and my very expensive personal belongings in another to Fiji from Melbourne with Cargo Masters. My vehicles were put in the containers and braced by Max at Quick Tow, Melbourne, who was extremely helpful and friendly. Thank you so much Max)The containers arrived home one day before the estimated time of delivery without a single damage to my belongings and my vehicles as guaranteed by Grant. He was amazing from day one, very informative and helpful. Everything was made so easy for me (I was so paranoid) Awesome customer service by both Max and Grant. I am an extremely happy customer and I highly recommend Cargo Masters to anyone who’s looking for trouble and stress free freight services. Thanking you once again Cargo Masters!

Two years ago I booked and paid for a container to go overseas with Grant. He was very reasonable in his quote and gave me the flexibility to ship when we were ready. With covid delaying our move he still honoured our quote throughout that time despite the rising shipping costs. Unfortunately we couldn’t secure a vessel that matched the time we needed to go and grant refunded our money without any complaints. He was kind and informative and patient with us. If we need anything else moved in the future we will be doing so with cargomaster.
