Storage King Mitchell

We had a wonderful experience with Michael. He offered us exceptional service was kind and friendly and went above and beyond. The day we moved our daughters belongings in was a really tough day, and Michael made a huge difference to our day. The process was very easy and the price was very affordable, & value for money. The facilities are very clean and easy to access I would definitely recommend this company.

Previously I gave a rating of 2 stars saying "It seems a bit rude that they would increase their rates by 21% in this economy. That is not a small increase, and I have been renting from them for less than 6 months." Since then I have been contacted by Storage King and they have amended their price rise to be 10.5% rather than 21%. Thank you for taking the time to make the increase in payment more manageable.

Fantastic staff at Storage King Mitchell, Michael and Christina were there to help, there to advise and to do what it takes to make things happen. Both went the extra to make things easy for signing up for the most appropriate storage as well as advice and hints about using their storage boxes and other materials. Could not be more pleased with their customer service. Highly recommended

What an unexpectedly helpful and pleasant experience! I couldn't be happier with Michael's response to my enquiries and to his above-and-beyond service delivery and product offer - such a relief to find it all made so easy and with a ready smile, too. I could only wish other customer/sales reps understood about engaging with the public as fully as he obviously does. Full marks.
