Storage King Kambah

Outstanding customer service from Wayne ànd Stephen. Both very helpful and knowledgeable of operations. My first use of storage units and both these blokes could not have made it any easier. Very happy with the unit . I recommend this storage facility to anyone needing extra storage space.

I had a chat with Richard about the spacing, though i wasn’t able to go ahead with the storage plan at kambah since it was far from me but it was really good customer service that forced to me write a review. Amazing man, knows his stuff, great to talk to. Definitely will be going ahead with Storage king in another location.

An easy solution to address an elderly relatives move to age care. Staff are really good to deal with, down to earth, practical and customer focussed. Choice of storage sizes is so helpful. Made it easy. Good experience so far.

I cannot thank Mark enough for his help and compassion. I arrived upset (but trying to hold it together) after a chage in personal circumstances and worried about the storage unit. Mark was calm and helpful and so kind when I couldn't help crying a bit...some tissues and a bottle of water appeared and his reassurances regarding the storage unit were beyond appreciated. Service and professionalism is second to none.

We stored our furniture for over 12 months while renovating. Of the available storage options in Canberra, Storage King Kambah was affordable for us. Super quick call-back from Adam meant we could move things in quickly. The administration was seamless and we appreciated the team's flexibility and availability too. Despite the usual dramas that comes with a reno, I was really happy with the security of our things noting the CCTV, secured fencing and pin access to the storage areas.

I am incredibly impressed by the Professionalism and Excellent Customer Service given by the Manager of Storage King, Kambah - Adam, he is a true asset to this Company and I am very grateful to him for the wonderful assistance given. 🙏 Wishing Adam and his partner all the very best in the upcoming birth of their son.
