  Good service, The pickup was smooth and the delivery was on time. It took 14 days to deliver the items due to Transit hold which was properly communicated before booking them. I moved 4 boxes and 2 suitcases/trolly from Canberra to Melbourne and the price was very reasonable. Reducing 1 star for the damage to my box.

  Used Allied for a local move. Our moving consultant, Kylie Cook, was friendly, thorough and extremely patient. The packing crew, particularly Jessie, were amazing and packed our fragile belongings with care. The following day, Jessie and Harmony were back for uplift, along with Tim and David. Honestly, the whole crew were just incredible and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Moving is never an enjoyable experience but this team made the whole move go seamlessly.

  Pack up crew were excellent, professional and courteous. Prompt delivery there when it was supposed to be. But our understanding was that what was pulled apart by pack up crew would be reassembled at destination by delivery crew. Dining table bedroom furniture was not reassembled. Organisational skills by Michael Porter are exceptional could not find a more professional and pleasant person to deal with.

  I had no idea where to start when considering how to move my household interstate, as if I didn't have enough to think about in selling and buying a house. After speaking to Graham in Brisbane I had no doubt that I need worry no more. He knew exactly what to do and how to do it, he gave me great advice on things that I had not even considered and took care of every detail. Then came the packing and uplift, wow, what a professional operation that was, everyone, took such care of my treasured possessions. The delivery team were equally as awesome. The experience of this business is obvious and the coordination of the delivery went like clockwork. What really struck me was cheerfulness and willingness to help from all of the staff, and there were many, this shows the hallmarks of an excellent company. Thank you Allied Pickfords and especially Graham in Brisbane and Duncan in Canberra, you have my gratitude.

  We moved interstate twice in one year, and the time we moved with Allied Pickfords was certainly the best. They delivered boxes to us very quickly to allow us to pack, and the seemed genuinely interested in making sure we were happy with the uplift, no just pretending. They do well with the smaller details too. Not one thing damaged or mishandled.

  We have used Allied Pickford exclusively over the years to move us both interstate and locally. Each time the process has been seamless and efficient. We have found the interaction with staff always friendly and courteous. This time we experienced damage to a Queen size bed that has broken it beyond repair and it now sits on paint tins. This is the only incident in nearly twenty years and we are disappointed that we are still waiting for our request for repair or replacement to be acknowledged.
