Called for service to my Westinghouse fridge this morning at 8am. Nick arrived promptly and repaired the fridge using parts he carried in his vehicle. He explained the problem and gave us a quote which we thought was good value. He also cleaned the area of the fridge he was repairing. Very polite and professional. Also offered ongoing support if needed. Would highly recommend. An ace experiece in every way. THANK YOU NICK.

I contacted Nick by email after reading an online review. This was about 8.30 pm. Received a reply within minutes. Nick was upfront with callout fee and could come and look at my fridge around lunchtime the next day. I accepted and Nick arrived the next day at the agreed time. He was straight onto the job and had the issue sorted out in no time. Everything was explained in regards to part replacement and if there could be other issues. I agreed to have part replaced and now we have a working fridge again. Great bloke, friendly and professional. Would absolutely recommend!
