Please ensure you're technician James reads this as he was absolutely amazing from start to finish even following up with me later in the afternoon in case I had come up with any extra questions. My partner works FIFO so often trades see a female as a easy extra $$ but despite thousand questions James not only answered he went on to show me and explain in great detail.Well done poolwerx mindarie for being so efficient and James I can't thank you enough for taking the extra time I'm sure I seemed dumb but you made me feel at ease Between myself and friends we have a number of investment properties that we will be passing the pool servicing to you and requesting James Highly Recommend Poolwerx

We are relatively new clients and we're lucky enough to have James from the first visit. James's attention to detail and genuine care stands out massively he takes the time to call once he's finished if I'm not home and explain any issues and he leaves my pool area and garden clean and tidy . Definitely recommend Poolwerx Butler and highly recommend asking for James

Will definitely be using Poolwerx for all our pool needs. You're technician James's customer service and the work he carried out was absolutely outstanding he showed genuine care and took the time out of his already busy day to answer in detail all my queries and was kind enough to offer and help me bring my car load of groceries inside going well above and beyond what the majority of tradesmen or people in general do these days. He's a true gentleman and absolute star in my book and I have recommended him and Poolwerx to many of my friends and family across Perth Thank you James and Poolwerx. Please pass on my sincere gratitude to James and let him know that he absolutely made my day on every level Nicola
