  I recently purchased a Madimack heat pump through APH and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Shane was helpful, informative, and incredibly tenacious, after stock had run out of the particular unit I was after , he managed to track one down for me. His pricing beat the east coast suppliers, and his communication was excellent, always quick to respond, follow up and always willing to help with any questions. On top of that, he’s just a genuinely good guy honest, easy to deal with, and clearly takes pride in looking after his customers. I’ll definitely be keeping Shane on speed dial for any future major purchases. Highly recommend.

  The experience with Shane was easy for the purchase of my pool heater. We communicated through email and he was always responsive. Gave me a huge range of options and suggestions, as well as advice on install and wiring requirements. To top it off, he gave me a great price. It arrived quickly and Shane also lined up the install and electrical connection. Highly recommend using him for your next pool related purchase. Top stuff.
