Looking for an excellent customer experience when shopping for or maintaining a Swim Spa..Pool or Spa then head out and see the BG's team! Always friendly with attentative service with a smile and a chat. I couldn't be happier with my Swim Spa and Richard and the team at BG's made my buying experience a breeze...Thanks guys 🙂👍 The pics tell the story of the work put in to get the Swim Spa in place and how it looks once complete...not bad! 😉

BGs were great to deal with when we had our pool installed. The guys were friendly and efficient. I had a million questions and it was never a hassle for Jason, Matt and Pat or any of the boys. Restrictions are just a state of mind. With BG's Pools and Spas, anything is possible. BG's ....."Blooming Great Pools!" I have nothing but praise for this company. Very professional staff, excellent service that goes above and beyond expectations. This was our first pool and we decided to go for the works, swim jets, in floor cleaning, automated chemical dosing and sensing that can be operated via bluetooth, LED lighting all within a mineral salt pool. I am so glad we went with BG's who helped us from the early stages of choosing a pool that was right for us, through to the efficient and detailed installation process and followed up by diligent after sales service. If you are thinking of getting a pool I would highly recommend this company on so many levels. Thank you for helping manifest our vision of becoming pool owners and we are looking forward to many years of healthy relaxation and fitness. Big ticks from us to all the team who clearly love what they do and have pride in their products.

If you want to deal with a professional yet realistic and down to earth team then use BGs. From the first contact we had with Jason in sales to the last contact of installing the pool and spa with Matt and his team they were accommodating super helpful and nothing was too difficult for them. Their service and every single person we dealt with was knowledgeable helpful and so lovely to have around. They cleaned up after rhemselves and kept us in hte loop throughout the whole process. We knew when they were coming and going and even our dog was always happy to see them. We have got an amazing finished product that we are so happy with and have had constant ongoing support and advice from the whole team. I would definitely recommend them and use them again. Thanks to all of you it was a pleasure to have you install our dream pool and spa.
