Jarrad, the technician, arrived when he said he would, he explained what he would do and was very efficient and friendly. The area was cleaned up when he had finished and even said that there would be money off the original invoice because t took less time to do than expected. The company, staff and quality of work have been excellent from the initial quote through to the end product.Very highly recommend the company.

Very efficient and professional. After a brief visit, the engineer （Mr. Sean) used specialized equipment to locate the leak. My yard in Dandenong Mountain, is a very big area, I expected a long search, but surprisingly, the engineer found the leak in less than an hour. He even spoke directly with the plumber over the phone, explaining the situation and suggesting repairs. This company is truly exceptional. Excellent service. Highly recommended.

Excellent company with highly professional and personable staff. Contacted Australian Leak Detection due to my pool losing water. The managed to fit me in within a couple of days to my surprise, being it is the middle of summer and most likely their busy period. The communication from the company was brilliant, even providing me with a link to the person's ETA and current travel location to my house in real time. I had Jarred conduct the testing on of my pool and found him to be very professional, personable and honest. The tests he conducted concluded that I did not have a leak in the usual places. However, he guided me through a test regarding bucket in pool to alleviate any other potential culprits causing the leak. He advised me that it was likely the hydrostatic valve, however wanted to be sure before further action was needed. This alone, showed me that the company and it's people are guided by integrity and not just profit. Thanks Jarred and Australian Leak Detection, I would highly recommend you to anyone with similar issues.
