I cannot recommend this pool service team enough! Caleb was absolutely fantastic—he patiently answered a million questions about our new pool and was incredibly thorough and genuine in his approach. We never felt rushed, and it’s clear he really knows his stuff! The experience started on a high note, too; Renee was a total joy to deal with while organizing the bookings. I’ve only had the pool installed for about two months, and due to the severe weather I wasn’t sure how to properly manage it and felt quite overwhelmed. However, compared to the original installer and other maintenance providers, you explained the equipment and maintenance in far greater detail and in a much more friendly and helpful way. I now feel much more confident about how to manage and maintain my pool going forward, and I plan to continue using your services in the future.

2k pools & spas has been lovely to deal with from the start. A few months ago, I was looking for help as my new pool has turned green. I called a number of vendors around the area and found Renae from 2K pools & spas the most responsive and the price quoted was reasonable. Other companies provided a higher quote and couldn’t attend to it soon enough. So I decided to engage 2K Pools & Spa for their service as they were happy to squeeze my bookings even though they were busy and they fixed the pool over a few trips rather than just 1-2 trip. And Renae even kept the price the same even it was over a few visits. I also met Caleb, a friendly young man who clean my pool. He is so knowledgeable as well as patient and helpful to explain what happened and how to maintain it. I love how they are both very customer centric in all this. Now I have them cleaning my pool on a monthly basis with a reasonable price. Best of all, they are just a friendly and lovely couple to deal weal.
