These guys are absolutely fantastic. I went in to buy a new pool cleaner and spoke with Josh, who clearly explained the pros and cons of a few options—no pressure, just great customer service. The team even took it out of the box, assembled it, and loaded it into my car. I’ve since gone back to purchase a pool heater, and they were just as helpful, assisting with organising an electrician and installing exactly what I needed—not what they wanted to sell. This is a family-run business that truly believes in good old-fashioned customer service, and you can feel that the moment you deal with them. I’ve already recommended the pool guys to three friends and will definitely continue to do so. Thanks again, guys!

Around Christmas 2024, my pool pump started making a rattling noise. I went to my usual pool shop, where I get my supplies, and asked for a technician to come out and inspect it. A week later, I got a call saying they could no longer come because the technician is on leave. I tried many times to organise another appointment and they said they are fully booked for two months! Frustrated, I rang every pool shop in Adelaide, in the Western and the Northern Suburbs, but no pool shop was willing to come out and help. Luckily while driving along Main North Road, I spotted The Pool Guys store and decided to stop in. Unlike other stores who won’t give you the time of day unless you buy heaps of pool products, Josh from PoolGuys listened to my situation and came up with a solution—he offered to guide me through replacing the pump myself! On top of that, he gave me the pump at a much lower price, saying it was only fair since they wouldn't need to send a technician. Problem solved. Three months later, I had another issue with my pool, and this time Josh himself came out to my house within two days and got the problem sorted. If you’re looking for an honest and reliable pool shop, save yourself the hassle and money — you owe it to yourself give this store a go!

Our pump started playing up. Josh went out of his way in more ways than one to get us sorted out. His care for our situation was refreshing and he went above and beyond any other pool shop had been willing to go for us before. I am so glad we found these guys. Will never go anywhere else again. As a pool owner of several decades & in need of expert advice. From customer service to installation of a new pool pump, could not recommend the team highly enough! There are many pool companies in business but the Pool Guys are head & shoulders above the rest. Highly recommend their honest & forthright opinion. Definitely will use again in the future as a “go to 1st” for pool business.
