Great customer service and knowledgeable staff. I dropped in here to pick up a part for my filter and got some great advice from the staff, which made my job so much easier. They also do pool water testing and have a good selection of accessories

My local pool supplies shop was taken over by a franchise last year and unfortunately their service deteriorated after that. I searched the Internet for another shop and found Adelaide Pool Mart, impressed by all the excellent reviews I took my business there. I have not been disappointed. Recently I had to replace my pool pump. Because I wanted a particular pump it had to be ordered in from interstate – the price was competitive, the pump came when they said it would, they installed it on the day they said and I didn’t have to wait around all day because they arrived at 7.20am! Their shop is always well stocked I have never had to wait for anything to be ordered in (apart from my pump), they are a very knowledgeable and helpful group of young men offering good old fashioned service.

Been a client for 10 years. Always friendly, helpful, honest, expert and just plain decent guys. You could not ask for better people to deal with. Without reservation, I recommend Craig, James and the team at Adelaide Pool Shop as the best in Adelaide and a model small business.
