Rang Christian needing an equipment upgrade four our pool. At this time of year I wasn't even asking about timeframes. He suggested that we could potentially get it done before Christmas. Here I sit tonight, new pool equipment installed and operational. I left the product selection up to the pros. 3 days from discussion to installation. Couldn't be happier. (Please ignore the temporary install of the chlorinator, I need to build a pump shed around the equipment)

Christian was AMAZING at giving us advice on a pre-purchase of a home that has a pool. He stayed after the inspection to educate us and explain to us how everything runs and gave us heaps of handy advice on saving money down the line. Christian offers great service, when I lost my husband I had no clue about my pool. Christian has been looking after it since that time. I’ve learnt a lot from him and am capable of doing the minor bits between services . I’ve had to replace my filter and other bits, his pricing is terrific, he’s honest, reliable , likes a chat, always has a smile and more importantly I know my pool is safe to swim in at all times. Good people. Good service. Good price. Recommend. Installation notification confusion. Received message to install Tuesday morning. Lucky we were home Monday morning, message be there is 13 minutes. Originally used Swim mart who were over priced, poor supply of product and charged a booking fee of $75. Pooltec don't.

Christian the owner came out himself on the same day I called to inspect our filter that was leaking and also discovered our pump wasn't in great condition either. By the end of the week we had a new filter and new energy efficient pump installed (which will save us $100's a year). Highly recommended!
