Best pool service team ever. Coming up to 2 years. Joe's team has gradually upgraded and repaired our set up alongside our regular services and we are very grateful. Professional, respectful and dependable service every time. Recommended.

We used Joe to look after our pools at our Freshwater and Stratford houses between 2018 to 2026 - one a brand new pool and one an older style pool. We have never encountered a better pool technician than Joe (and we tried a lot before him). He is extremely diligent, honest, hard working and just a lovely guy. We trusted him to access our property when we weren't there and he was always careful with our dogs around. If we hadn't sold our properties and moved interstate, we would absolutely have continued to use his services. Highly recommend Pool Shimmer!

Joe & team looked after my pool for 4 years while living in Cairns. Awesome service, very fair pricing, great communicators, and Joe was able to come at short notice on several occasions (after cyclones etc) to get the pool sorted quickly.

Joe does not add unnecessary chemicals to your pool, unlike some others, and will always give good advice on keeping your pool in great shape. Joe has been servicing my pool for several months now after trying other pool guys in the area. Previously, with the other guys I was paying big $ for servicing and chemicals. When Joe started my pool was green, even though, it had recently been serviced by a perceived reputable other company. Joe got rid of the green, identified some problems with my filter and rectified that which also disappeared my evaporation problem, turned out to be a leaky pipe not evaporation. Yet with all this above and beyond professional and happy service his monthly bills remain significantly lower than the previous guys. I strongly recommend Joe as the best pool service guy and he is the most affordable without cutting any corners. Well done Joe
