Within 15 min of contacting Jim’s, had Brayden on the phone arranging a time to come out the next business day. Pool looks a treat after a first service and look forward to having Brayden back throughout the summer to keep it that way.

  Brayden went out of his way to do an urgent job for me. Our pool had a lot of debris from strong winds and our home was open for inspection. He came out early that morning and vacuumed the pool and fixed the barracuda so it's now working. Did a great job, was responsive and fair price. Highly recommended.
