    We contacted Chris from Jim's Pool Care as we required a new pool cover. Chris was very prompt arranging a time to suit us and coming out when he said he would. He was held up by his previous job and was running late but contacted us and kept us informed of his scheduled arrival time. Quote was send without delay, cover duly delivered and installed without any hassles along the way. A very smooth process all round and 2 very happy customers.
