We could not be happier with our pool clean and service today. I contacted Heatwave via FB and booked in for our pool to be cleaned. Communication was clear and the whole process was effortless and easy. Chris contacted me before he arrived and from the moment he started he was professional and friendly and explained everything so thoroughly. He helped explain how to care for our pool between cleans, each step he was doing and our pool came up beautifully. We are so glad to have found Heatwave to regularly maintain our pool and also for the knowledge to upkeep it. Thank you so much Chris and the team.

Chris was super helpful in repairing my leaking spa. It hasn’t been easy to fi d a mobile spa and pool tech to visit Tamborine Mountain so I was grateful to find they serviced this area. I was worried it would be something serious that meant our jacuzzi’s days were numbered, but he was able to identify and carry out the repairs in a timely manner and for a reasonable fee. Thank you for your service.
