Rob is always so honest and doesn’t try to oversell you with anything. He is very knowledgeable and always gets our pool from green to sparkling blue every time. I can’t recommend this pool technician highly enough. I called for advice last weekend and, despite not even needing to visit the site, he generously took the time to walk me through the issue step by step over the phone. His knowledge was exceptional, you can immediately tell he really understands his craft. What stood out most was his patience and willingness to explain everything clearly, without rushing or oversimplifying. It’s rare to find someone so professional and genuinely helpful, especially when there’s no immediate job involved. His honesty and integrity speak volumes. Rob and his crew are hands down the lovliest, most helpful people I've had the pleasure to work with! When we bought our first home, we had them recommend and install a new pool filter for us, they did the job, explained everything they were doing, taught us how to use and maintain it, how to care for the pool othwrwise and did it all at a really reasonable price. Any time we have an issue, Rob is happy to talk us through it or help us rectify the issue and then explain how to fix it in future. Too grateful for him, 5 stars isn't enough :)
