Due to that, I did have an expectation on what I wanted from a service and construction perspective. James and his team exceeded this! The way that James operates is a one-of-a-kind approach and something that would not be replicated easily. He is personable, approachable and most of all, he is knowledgeable. From start to finish, James was incredibly communicative, keeping us updated at every stage and making the whole process completely stress free. Every trade that came through delivered top quality work and they always ensured our backyard was kept clean and tidy. We didn’t have to worry about a single thing; everything was taken care of with professionalism and care from the initial phone consult right through to hand over. Highly recommend Platinum Pools to anyone wanting a seamless, high-quality pool installation. James took care of everything from the council paperwork, pool installation, concreting, paving, electrical, heating, fencing and certification. They even helped us with a pool cleaner and pool cover. We are so pleased to have chosen this one stop shop pool company.

James truly went above and beyond every step of the way, taking the time to guide us through the entire process and explain everything clearly. No question or issue was ever too big — he was always professional, helpful, and friendly. James and his team were absolute perfectionists, making sure every detail of the pool installation was completed to the highest standard. He also recommended other trades to finish the project, including the concreter and tiler, and we were extremely impressed with their work as well. Everything came together perfectly, and the end result exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend James and his team to anyone considering a pool — outstanding service and craftsmanship from start to finish

The pool installation was smooth, well organised, and completed to a high standard. James was on top of all the steps, regularly kept us updated and communicated in an extremely thorough manner. No question was too silly and he was honest with his guidance on design ideas. James still checks in to make sure everything is operating correctly. We couldn’t be more happy with our Platinum Pool!
